Service

ScopeTrade provides one private two-party scope-swap workflow and decision receipt. It does not determine whether work is in scope, estimate effort or price, create or amend a contract, capture a legal signature, guarantee project results, or replace legal, tax, procurement, or professional advice.

One-time purchase

ScopeTrade costs $20.00 for the product access described on this page. This is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Purchase cancellation

ScopeTrade is a one-time purchase with no subscription or renewal. A completed purchase cannot be canceled; the delivery-failure refund terms apply.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is limited to delivery failure. Reopen the exact paid recovery link and retry once. If ScopeTrade still cannot provide the purchased decision room, request support within 14 calendar days of purchase. Refunds are not based on whether the parties agree, which option they choose, or the business outcome. Refunds required by law remain available.

User responsibility

The workspace owner is responsible for following ScopeTrade's product instructions, sharing access only with intended participants, and keeping all prohibited data out of the product.

Taxes

Taxes may apply depending on the transaction and jurisdiction. Any tax collected will be shown at Checkout. Stripe may support payment administration, but tax applicability and registration are separate matters.
