Data we use

ScopeTrade uses a buyer-chosen project label, one new-request summary, bounded existing deliverable labels, private agency and client choices, lock timestamps, hashed capability tokens, and the verified entitlement identifier needed to create and recover the room. Stripe processes Checkout and payment details; ScopeTrade receives only verified entitlement data needed for fulfillment.

Data that is not permitted

Use project labels rather than client or person names. Do not enter contract text, passwords, API keys, capability links, personal contact details, customer or employee records, health, financial, identity, or other sensitive or regulated personal information, or confidential material not needed to name a deliverable.

Purpose

We use the permitted data only to operate ScopeTrade, secure access, support the product, and maintain a minimal operational record.

Retention and access

ScopeTrade retains the purchased room and its locked decision result to provide recovery, preserve decision integrity, secure and troubleshoot the service, resolve payment disputes, and meet legal obligations. The current product does not provide self-service deletion or a configurable retention period. Users should not submit data they cannot permit Arelvia Studio and its infrastructure providers to retain for those purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell participant data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate ScopeTrade, or when required by law.
